Salwa Alrawaili
Salwa Alrawaili is an accomplished nursing leader and a certified Patient- and Family-Centered Care (PCC) Fellow, bringing over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership and management. She holds a Master of Nursing Leadership and Management and has positioned herself as a pivotal figure in promoting patient- and family-centered practices throughout Qatar's healthcare system.
At Al Wakra Hospital, Salwa has led innovative initiatives such as Mindful Mondays, aimed at enhancing staff engagement; Engage and Win, which empowers teamwork; and “Li Quloobihim… Tuma'inah," designed to uplift and support patients. These initiatives reflect her unwavering commitment to compassion and holistic care.
In her current role as Assistant Executive Director of Nursing at HMC's Al Wakra Hospital, she continues to drive transformative quality improvement and patient engagement strategies. Her leadership prioritizes the needs of patients and families, fostering a culture characterized by excellence, empathy, and innovation.
