Deepshikha Sahni is a program director at the Center for Patient Experience and Staff Engagement at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), driving the Person-Centered Care (PCC) transformation at HMC. With a deep commitment to prioritizing patients' needs and experiences, she is spearheading strategic initiatives to revolutionize healthcare delivery in Qatar.
Prior to joining HMC, Deepshikha assumed the operations and management roles for a wellness business. Her areas of expertise lie in business strategy planning, business development, corporate relations, people, performance, and network management.
When she is not shaping the future of healthcare, she likes to hike, scuba dive, and volunteer to support children with special needs and tackle new adventures, including summitting Mt. Kilimanjaro. She brings a unique blend of professional expertise and life experience to her work, inspiring teams to deliver exceptional, compassionate care.
