Reminders to all Participants:
- Participants will receive an email from the organizers 10 days after the Forum, containing a link to the post-event survey. A two-week window will be provided for survey completion.
- Please ensure timely submission and include both your QID and DHP license number as required. Once submitted, the organizers will compile a report to inform the Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP) of your earned credit hours, which will then be automatically reflected in your DHP record.
- Kindly note that late submissions or incorrect information will result in the forfeiture of CPD hours.
- For those who wish to obtain a CPD certificate for personal records, the organizers will send a separate email with a download link, typically available within 2–4 weeks after survey completion.
