Bejoy Varghese
Bejoy Varghese is a nurse educator at Hamad General Hospital, Doha, handling the neuroscience and medical portfolio. He holds an MBA in Hospital Management, a Postgraduate Award in Medical Education, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Psychology. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Science (DSc) from EIMT, Switzerland, he brings over 15 years of experience in nursing education, quality improvement, and research.
He is the author of multiple clinical protocols already implemented in practice, alongside numerous peer-reviewed publications in journals such as BMC Nursing and Qatar Medical Journal. He has also authored two books that contribute significantly to the nursing profession. As a transformational leader, he has guided colleagues in thesis development, research projects, and academic writing, while leading several award-winning quality improvement initiatives.
Currently, Bejoy serves as the faculty lead for Compassionate Human Interaction (CHI) workshops at HGH, driving experiential learning and professional development for nurses across the organization.
