Fatma Mohamed Abdelfatah Mohamed Khamis
Fatma Mohamed Abdelfatah Mohamed Khamis is a clinical pharmacist and medication safety officer with over 13 years of dedicated service in Home Health Care Services (HHCS). She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a wide array of certifications, including Improvement Coach (IC), Improvement Leader (IL), and Improvement Specialist from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), as well as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
Fatma has been a Compassionate Human Interaction (CHI) trainer since 2016 and is an active member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) and various steering committees. She has received multiple awards at the PCC Forums in 2021 and 2022, as well as at the MEF Forum in 2021. Additionally, she has served as a speaker at the Middle East Forum 2024 and the Person-Centered Care Forum 2023.
