Dr. Mariam Albelushi
Dr. Mariam Albelushi is a senior consultant specializing in maternal-fetal medicine at the Women's Wellness and Research Center (WWRC), where she is a key member of the Fetal Medicine Team. She completed advanced subspecialty training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at the University of Leicester in the UK and continues to excel in clinical care, research, and education.
Dr. Albelushi serves as the co-lead of the Fellowship Program in Feto-Maternal Medicine, is a member of the WWRC Guidelines Committee, and co-chairs the Infection Control Committee. Additionally, she spearheads several patient-centered care initiatives and holds advanced certification from Planetree International in the USA.
Beyond her clinical and leadership responsibilities, she is a committed academic, serving as a judge on the Research Committee for the master's program at the College of Science, Qatar University, and is a member of its Research Network. Dr. Albelushi has presented her work at numerous national and international conferences and has published it in various peer-reviewed journals.
