Aya Othman, BSN, TQM, MPH(c), is a healthcare professional specializing in nursing, total quality management, and public health. She currently holds the position of Quality Improvement Reviewer and Operational Lead for Driver 1: Person-Centered Care at Heart Hospital. In this role, she spearheads initiatives aimed at supporting accreditation, enhancing engagement, and fostering workforce development.
Previously, Aya worked with Mental Health Services, which deepened her commitment to compassionate, person-centered approaches for diverse populations. Aya is skilled in designing data collection tools, developing Power BI dashboards for audit tracking, and providing bilingual training to address gaps in practice and documentation.
