Bini John Babu
Bini John Babu is a nurse educator at the Surgical Specialty Center, bringing over a decade of experience in nursing education. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and holds postgraduate qualifications in clinical psychology as well as education and leadership management from the UK.
Fueled by her passion for education, she employs effective pedagogical strategies, including simulation, to create impactful learning experiences that enhance competence and improve clinical outcomes.
Bini is a strong advocate for person-centered care and actively participates as a member of PCC Driver 4 at HGH. She is involved in quality improvement initiatives and has been honored with the Star of Excellence award for her significant contributions to advancing patient safety and excellence in healthcare. Dedicated to staff empowerment, she also promotes shared governance education at the corporate level. Furthermore, she is a certified trainer in Compassionate Human Interactions and Manual Handling, facilitating meaningful opportunities that foster safety, compassionate care, and staff well-being.
