Basim Abu Ghalieh
Basim Abu Ghalieh is a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist at Hamad Medical Corporation, working in the Day-Rehabilitation Care Unit at Qatar Rehabilitation Institute since January 2020. He holds a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Jordan and is licensed by the Qatar, Saudi, and Jordanian Commissions for Health Specialties.
Previously, he served as Head of the Speech Department at Prince Sultan Ben Abdul-Aziz Disability Children Association in Saudi Arabia (2011–2020).
Basim is actively involved in research and professional forums, including the Person-Centered Forum in 2023, and is committed to advancing collaborative, evidence-based, person-centered rehabilitation in speech and cognitive therapy.
