Amal Salman Al Obaidli
Amal Salman Al Obaidli is a visionary healthcare leader with over 23 years of nursing experience. She currently serves as the Acting Executive Director of Nursing for Mental Health Services at HMC, Qatar, leading initiatives to streamline practices, optimize workforce management, and enhance patient care.
From 2021 to 2025, she was Assistant Executive Director/Director of Nursing for Mental Health Services, overseeing a range of mental health programs and initiatives focused on patient care, staff engagement, and perinatal mental health. Previously, she served as Director of Nursing for Ambulatory Care Services (2017–2021), Head Nurse (2015–2017), achieving Clinical Care Program Certification and establishing Home Health Care Services, and Newborn Screening Supervisor and Coordinator at Women's Hospital (2005–2015), managing quality control, training, and service delivery. Amal began her career as a registered nurse in obstetrics and gynecology (2002–2005), providing compassionate care and supporting specialized procedures.
