Romeo Miguel Alonzo
Romeo Miguel Alonzo is a compassionate and results-driven registered nurse with over 16 years of experience in clinical care and healthcare administration across various healthcare systems in the U.S. and the Middle East. He holds a master's degree in nursing administration, along with multiple certifications—CPHQ, CPPS, and previously CPXP—demonstrating his expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, and patient experience.

His professional journey includes leading quality and performance improvement initiatives in an ambulatory setting in Doha, Qatar, where he has a proven track record of enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction. He was honored with a nomination for the DAISY Award and received commendations from patients through HCAHPS surveys.

Currently, he serves as the Assistant Director of Nursing at a Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Jamaica, New York, where he oversees critical operational areas, including nurse staffing, bed management, and policy development. He continues to lead department-wide performance improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing care delivery and promoting positive patient outcomes.
