Ambily Stanley
Ambily Stanley is the Head Nurse of the Pediatric Long-Term Care Unit at Al-Maha Pediatric Specialized Care Center, Al-Wakra Hospital, HMC, with over 13 years of nursing experience. She began her career in India as a staff nurse and clinical instructor in pediatric acute care and later served as an assistant lecturer after earning her Master of Science in Pediatric Nursing in 2010 from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
As Head Nurse, Ambily has led quality improvement initiatives, enhanced patient safety, and optimized staffing efficiency. She was recognized for successfully coordinating the transfer of the Pediatric Long-Term Care Unit to its new facility at Al-Maha Pediatric Specialized Care Center. Committed to person-centered care, she prioritizes patient safety, comfort, and family involvement in all aspects of care delivery.
