Fathia Albaiti is a nursing leader with over 15 years of experience in pediatric and short-stay patient care. She has completed advanced training in quality improvement, patient safety, and leadership development, strengthening her ability to deliver safe, effective care.
As Acting Head Nurse of the Pediatric Day Care and Short Stay Unit at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), she oversees clinical operations, mentors staff and ensures smooth patient flow. Fathia has led initiatives that enhance patient safety, streamline care coordination, and improve the patient and family experience, embedding patient-centered practices into daily operations.
