Fida Ahmad
Fida Ahmad is the Head of Quality Improvement and a person-Centered Care Specialist at Heart Hospital, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). With more than 25 years of healthcare experience across Jordan, Canada, and Qatar, she is recognized for leading initiatives that advance quality, safety, and cultural transformation.
She holds a master's degree in biological science from the University of Jordan and a certification in epidemiology from Ottawa University. Since joining HMC in 2008, Fida has championed projects that optimize access to care, enhance service quality, and strengthen patient safety standards.
In her current role, she leads Heart Hospital's person-centered care transformation, aligning hospital practices with Planetree International's standards while coaching teams to apply evidence-based improvements. She also serves as a lead coach for the Value Improvement Management Program, integrating data-driven decision-making with patient engagement strategies.
A passionate advocate, Fida continues to drive sustainable improvements in cardiac care and patient experience.
