Rosalie Ainie Basco Guirren
Rosalie Ainie Basco Guirren is a dedicated charge nurse at the Heart Hospital Emergency Department, where she has served for 17 years. She also takes on the responsibilities of an acting head nurse as needed. In 2012, she led the Unit-Based Council and has since continued to serve as a key advisor for the unit, focusing on quality improvement and Person-Centered Care initiatives within the Emergency Department.
