Dr. Feras Haddad is a UK-trained family physician with over two decades of experience in primary care, home healthcare, health informatics, and healthcare leadership. He holds CCT and MRCGP (UK), a master's in healthcare leadership from Warwick University, and a postgraduate degree in health information management.

Since joining Hamad Medical Corporation in 2014, Dr. Haddad has driven major clinical and IT initiatives, including optimizing Cerner CIS and leading a large-scale IT migration to achieve paperless, integrated health records. As Head of Section and Lead Physician for HMC's Home Healthcare Service (HHCS), he established Qatar's first end-of-life service and advanced key National Health Strategy projects in integrated care, telemedicine, and hospital-at-home models.

A frequent conference speaker and panelist, he is deeply committed to quality improvement, digital transformation, and delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care.
