Refa Bakhit
Refa Bakhit is a Qatari Nurse who devotes her experience in Long-term care and Geriatric nursing management, surgical nursing management, nursing education and training, and a perioperative nurse. 

She holds a Master of Science degree at Professional Practice from University of South Wales, United Kingdom and completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Qatar University. 

She is the Acting Executive Director of Nursing in Rumailah Hospital. Refa has been hugely successful and has driven great results in terms of leading and facilitating nurses in a Joint Commission International and Planetree Accredited facility focused in promoting a healthy ageing strategy in Qatar.

Refa is the chairperson of the long-term care and community nursing network committee and a member of Qatari Nurses Association. She was recognized by the Chief Nursing Officer of HMC with her contribution at Nursing Now Qatar and Nightingale Challenge. She is certified by World Health Organization (WHO) Leadership for Change Program and certified facilitator of Compassionate Human Interaction Program. 

Refa is renowned as an advocate of developing the safest and healthy work environment for nurses and recently, she was nominated as one of the nursing leaders to attend the WHO 10th Global Chief Nursing and Midwifery Officer Forum.
