Ms. Heba graduated from the Higher Institute of Nursing in Qatar with an associate degree in nursing. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Calgary in Qatar. She further gained her master’s in Human Resource Management in Leicester University in UK in 2020.
Ms. Shehada joined Hamad Medical Corporation as a staff nurse in trauma intensive care unit in June 2003 and has been a Trauma ICU head nurse for the last nine years. During the period of FIFA 2022 QATAR event, she acted as Director in Trauma services, maxillofacial, orthopedic and plastic.
She serves as a speaker and scientific committee member for several national conferences. Ms. Shehada also completed three modules in shock, fluid resuscitation and cardiac management from Deakin University, Australia. She was also a speaker on the Trauma Foundation Program for trauma nurses. She took a lead on previous Qatar Health nursing workshops in 2022.
