Mr. Alaa Al Sheikh is a graduate of B.Sc. in Occupational Therapy, from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
He joined HMC in 1997 as an Occupational Therapy Specialist & Supervisor in different specialties (Adult Rehabilitation and acute care, Hand Therapy, Acute care, Pediatric and NICU).
He has many specialized courses/certifications in Hand Therapy, adult and pediatric OT services at 7 new hospitals including QRI, AKH, WH, HH, AAH.
He is a committee member of Department of Healthcare Practitioner (DHP) to develop Occupational Therapy scope of practice in Qatar.
