Mr. Baha’a Shawqi Ahmad Daoud

Mr. Baha’a graduated from Jordan University for Science and Technology (JUST) with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2002. He also earned his master’s degree in (Human Resource Management and Training MSc) in 2021 Leicester University in the UK.
He has more than 21 years’ experience in Trauma and Emergency nursing fields in leadership skills combined with clinical knowledge and practice. Part of it is the 11 years with the Trauma and Emergency at Hamad General Hospital (HGH) in HMC.
Mr. Baha’a has also served as speaker in various national and international activities for HMC (WACEM 2018, IHI-ME Forum 2018, Trauma Nursing Grand Round 2018 & 2019, HGH-ED Educational Forum 2018); and served as facilitator for Qatar Health 2021, and chair for the nursing scientific committee for Qatar Health Congress 2023.
He is an active member in the scientific committee for various trauma service activities, symposiums, conferences, and grand rounds. He is a regular presenter in Trauma Nursing Foundation Program. He is a Link leader in trauma service unit research, co-investigator for research, and a reviewer in JEMTAC. He has GIC license, instructor for ATCN, HMIMMS, Trauma foundation program, and MIMS courses.
Mr. Baha’a has received many awards, recognitions, and appreciation for his achievements and dedication to teamwork with a high level of leadership.
