Sheena has over 20 years’ experience in Emergency Preparedness and Business Continuity Management working in both the public and private sectors. With a track record of leading large teams in the healthcare sector in multiple countries whilst instilling personal values of dependability, loyalty, honest, passion and commitment, she has developed a great ability to identify workable and compliant solutions to complex issues, whilst keeping complicated subject matter simple in order to fully engage stakeholders.
The past six years, Sheena has worked for HMC transforming its major incident preparedness and response capabilities, improving its Fire Evacuation preparedness and drills, and running the none -clinical operations for one of HMC’s COVID hospitals ensuring a safe and functioning facility.
She has extensive experience in planning and running events notably 2012 London Olympics and most recently preparing the off-site medical and security arrangements for Qatar’s inaugural Formula 1 race in November 2021.
