Dr. Sameer Abdurahiman, MBBS, CID, CCTP, CI Fellow
Dr. Sameer is a Clinical Information Systems Specialist at Hamad Medical Corporation.
He graduated from Bangalore University in India. Dr. Sameer is a Cerner Certified Trainer and holds Diploma in Clinical Informatics and Fellowship in Clinical Informatics.
Since the third quarter of 2020, he has been heavily involved as Testing Coordinator, managing of COVID-19 for Events (Sports and Non- Sports). Responsible for implementing the MoPH protocol for the management of the COVID-19 risk at the competition venue and non - competition venue for sports events. He has special interest in research focused on Sports Events (mass gathering during COVID-19). He also practiced as Emergency physician at HMC with over 10 years of experience.
