Mohamed Hawari is the Assistant Director of Nursing for Surgical Clinical Operations and Patient Flow at the Surgical Specialty Center of Hamad General Hospital. A Tunisian national with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2002), Mr. Hawari has over two decades of experience in nursing leadership and clinical operations.

He began his career as a charge nurse at Charl Nicol Hospital in Tunisia (2002–2004), later joining Hamad Medical Corporation in 2004. He has held progressive roles including Endoscopy Charge Nurse, Case Manager, Acting Head Nurse, House Supervisor, and Surgical Pathway Project Leader. Since 2020, he has led the coordination and optimization of patient flow across surgical services.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Hawari played a key leadership role in managing flow at the SSC as a designated COVID-19 hospital and served as the corporate lead for COVID-19 surgical pathways. In 2024, he was appointed a member of the Corporate Flow Center at HMC.

Mr. Hawari is recognized for his operational expertise, multidisciplinary collaboration, and commitment to improving patient throughput and quality of surgical care delivery.
