Dr. Najia El Amraoui
Director of the National Center for Blood Transfusion and Hematology
Dr. Najia El Amraoui is the Director of the National Center for Blood Transfusion and Hematology (NCBTH) in Rabat, Morocco, a role she has held since March 2022. She has a Doctorate in Medicine and specialized training in therapeutic plasma exchange, apheresis, and sports medicine. Dr. El Amraoui also holds a diploma in Field Epidemiology from the National School of Public Health in Morocco.
Her career is distinguished by leadership in blood transfusion services, including managing communication and promotion of blood donation, and auditing blood transfusion centers. She has presented at numerous national and international seminars, earning recognition such as the first prize for best oral presentation at the 5th National Congress of General Medicine in 2021.
Dr. El Amraoui is also the President of the Moroccan Association supporting blood transfusion centers, with over a decade of experience in associative work.
