Ms. Alsaadi is a clinical nurse specialist (CNS) of Gynecology oncology specialty. She works closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide the best quality of care that deliver to gynecology cancer patients.
Ms. Alsaadi joined HMC in 2003, and she worked at the Gynecology department at WH for more than 10 years where she gained her experience working with a variety of gynecology cases including oncology cases. She showed her interest and enthusiasm to support gyne-oncology cases. She gained her master's degree in Nursing (focus in oncology) with from University of Calgary- Qatar in 2016.
Ms. Alsaadi is considered as the first Gynecology oncology clinical nurse Specialist in Qatar that she established the role in 2016. As first CNS in this subspecialty Ms. Alsaadi work for Gynecology patients cross many facilities within HMC, NCCCR, HGH, and WWRC.
Ms. Alsaadi participate in many research and quality projects with her team-focus on gynecology cancer patient, and she published her own 2 original research. She is an active member in many international Journal as research reviewer.
Ms. Alsaadi participate in many local conferences and symposiums, in 2018 she was a speaker in the First Joint Breast and Gynecological cancer conference in Qatar. In Sept 2019, she organized the 5th Nursing grand round- NCCCR, that focused on Clinical Nurse role. She participated in Best of ASCO 2022 in Qatar as a speaker.
