Dr. Ayman Allam graduated from Kasr El Eini Medical School, Cairo University in 1983. He has joined the National Center Institute, Cairo as a resident and then as a Fellow in Radiation Oncology. He obtained his master's degree in Radiation Oncology in May 1988 from Cairo University. He completed his doctorate degree in Radiation Oncology in May 1996. He also completed a 2-year fellowship program in Oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical school in 1994. He obtained his PhD in Oncology in 1996. He worked as Assistant Consultant, Radiation oncology, King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, Riyadh from 1997-2010. Then he worked as a Radiation Oncology Consultant at King Fahad Specialist Hospital from March 2010-May 2011. He joined NCCCR as a Consultant, Palliative Medicine in June 2011 till the present time. He has many national and international publications in peer-reviewed journals in oncology and palliative care field.
