Dr. Shereen Elazzazy

Dr. Shereen Elazzazy is an Asst. Director of Pharmacy & Head of Clinical Services in the National Center for Cancer Care & Research (NCCCR), Qatar. She received her BScPharm from Egypt in 1997, Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University, USA in 2011, PhD in Pharmaceuticals and pharmacy Practice from Kingston University, UK in 2023, MBA - Master of Business Administration, and a Diploma of Specialization in Coaching and NLP from the European Business School of Barcelona & Universidad Internacional Isabel I de Castilla, Spain in 2021. She completed several certifications from Harvard University, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), University of Southern Indiana, the University of Georgia, ACCP, ASPEN, INSEAD France, BMJ Research, University of California San Francisco (UCSF), Purdue University and others.

Currently, Dr. Shereen is an Adjunct Clinical Faculty in the College of Pharmacy, Qatar University, Clinical Sponsor of PharmD program, University of Colorado, USA, Instructor for BMJ clinical trials, and a local mentor for Pharmacy School and Queen's University, UK. She has more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and 90 abstracts presented in national, regional and international events. Plus, she is an Editor/ Editorial Board member in 12 peer-reviewed journals and a peer reviewer in 8 international journals.

Dr. Shereen has extensive experience in hospital/ clinical/ industrial pharmacy, healthcare quality, clinical trials & clinical research, academic teaching, education & mentorship, healthcare quality, business development & business management, leadership & management, strategic planning, and Join Commission accreditation and certification. Her areas of expertise are mainly oncology, parenteral nutrition, palliative care, hematology, precision medicine, VTE, clinical trials, publication & editing, business management, and pharmacy practice. She received many awards and recognition on national and international levels.
