Dr. Issam Al Bozom is a graduate of University of Jordan with honors.
He holds American boards in anatomic and clinical pathology.
He did residency training at University of Texas Medical Center at Houston and M.D. Anderson cancer Center at Houston Texas.
He did his fellowship at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas Texas.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of surgical pathology and cytopathology
He had been at Hamad Medical Corporation for more than 20 years
Currently he is the head of precision medicine diagnostics and immunohistochemistry at DLMP at HMC
He has research interest in thoracic pathology, GU pathology and neuropathology.
He has more than 100 publications in peer reviewed journals.
