Hala Kfoury Kassouf

Hala Kfoury Kassouf (MD) is a graduate of the French Faculty of Medicine at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, Lebanon. She holds a fellowship in pathology from the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (FRCPA) and King Saud University (KSU). She sub-specialized in nephropathology at the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, KSU, Riyadh and Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, USA. She is also a member of the European Board of Pathology, and the Renal Pathology Society. She was appointed in 2022, Chair of the Arab British School of Pathology and Chair of the Arab School of Pathology and was elected, President, of the Lebanese Society of Pathology. She has more than sixty-five publications, and her research work is focused on medical kidney and breast diseases with the application of artificial intelligence.

Until 2018, Dr. Kassouf was working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and she relocated later, in the same year to the American University of Beirut, (AUB).

She graduated from Olayan School of Business at AUB in 2023, and got an executive master’s degree in Business Administration, (EMBA).
