Andrew Rosenberg

Dr. Andrew Rosenberg is Vice Chair of Faculty Affairs, Director of Anatomic Pathology, Director of Quality Assurance, and Director of Bone and Soft Tissue Pathology at the Miller School of Medicine, University of Miami. He began his career at Massachusetts General Hospital where he practiced for 30 years and was Professor of Pathology at Harvard Medical School. In 2011 he was recruited to the University of Miami to join a strong multidisciplinary team treating patients with bone and soft tissue neoplasms. His scholarly work focuses on the pathology, biology, and molecular genetics of musculoskeletal diseases, particularly neoplasms. He has published over 400 peer revied articles, 70 chapters including those in five different WHO fascicles of tumors, several reference textbooks on bone tumors and sarcomas of the musculoskeletal system, and has lectured to pathologists, radiologists, and orthopaedic surgeons around the world. He directs a busy hospital based clinical service and a large and challenging consultation practice.
