Fathea Adheir
Fathea Adheir is the Director of Pharmacy at Sidra Medicine in Doha, Qatar, with over 24 years of experience in hospital pharmacy and healthcare leadership. She holds a degree in Pharmacy and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris–Qatar. Ms. Adheir is recognized for her commitment to quality, patient safety, and innovation in pharmacy practice.
Throughout her career, Ms. Adheir has led the implementation of advanced pharmacy automation systems and played a pivotal role in activating and managing comprehensive pharmacy services at Sidra Medicine. Her leadership has contributed to the successful launch of multiple hospital pharmacy services, and she has been instrumental in developing medication management policies and optimizing inventory processes.
