Enaam Alnaemi is the only Qatari emergency nurse with 18 years career in emergency nursing and as Qatari nurse, she faced and overcome many challenges including cultural issues in pursuing her goal serving and leading emergency nursing care in Qatar.

She obtained a Bachelor Science of Nursing from Qatar University followed by Master of Science in Leadership and Management for Health care practice from the University of Salford, UK and international executive master’s degree in emergency and disaster management, Georgetown university, US. Ms. Enaam is well-versed and demonstrated management best practice and is a natural leader who has been repeatedly tapped in the workplace for viable and operational leadership of key strategic initiatives. What sets Enaam apart is her willingness to push the envelope in terms of what is possible for a profession, as well as her courage in defining and building a new path forward- a path that more often than not leads to achievements and propels the profession to new heights of success and growth.

Ms. Enaam is a member of Disaster Management Committee, Qatar and she is instrumental in providing emergency preparedness training to emergency workforce and developing and facilitating the emergency disaster center functional exercise. Ms. Enaam is dedicated to assuring a positive patient experience, as well as working with nurses to improve quality, safety and service at Emergency Department. She was a key person for successful completion of Trauma and Emergency tower on time and too with great efficacy.

Since end of April 2020, she joined the Field Hospital Old Industrial Area (FHOIA) and working on establishing new COVID-19 hospital expansions in strategic locations, such as the Industrial Area, and working to set up the nursing services in these sites and  involved in the commissioning and opening of the FHOIA, which opened on 12 May 2020 for people requiring hospital care for their COVID-19 symptoms. This facility is one of several sites that have been established in record time as part of the national plan to manage the COVID-19 crisis. The goal is to provide good healthcare cover to support the needs of the population in this area which has been under lockdown for several months.
