Tracey Power worked as a manager in NHS mental health and learning disability services in south-east London for more than 30 years.

She has worked in operational roles, and also helped to develop both innovative mental health services and organisational structures. Throughout her career, she has worked in collaboration with service users.

A former World Health Organisation advisor, she has been a visiting research associate at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, King’s College London, since 2008 and was involved in the development and launch of Maudsley International. She has been managing director since 2012.
