Mr. Budz Castillo is an experienced Counseling Psychologist with 22 years of diversified clinical, educational and industrial settings practice. Mr. Castillo is currently working as Welfare Advisor for Qatar Shell.
He graduated as Cum Laude from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He also has a Masters in Counseling from De La Salle University in the Philippines and is a certified NLP Practitioner. Mr. Castillo is a pioneer contributor and subject matter expert on the Workers Welfare concept, specifically on the setup and delivery of psychological services as best practice in the Oil and Gas industry.
