Dr. Ahmad Radwan
Medical Resident, Mental Health Service, HMC


Dr. Radwan graduated from Tishreen University School of Medicine, Syria.  He then joined general psychiatry residency program at Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar, currently a PGY-4. He volunteered in Syrian Arab Red Crescent during Syrian crisis in mental health services. He has been a member in the Syrian Association for Mental Health SAMH since 2015.
 
Dr. Radwan’s areas of interest are community psychiatry, addiction, and impact of mental health well-being in general population. He published different articles about these topics. One of his research projects was awarded the “Psychological Research Excellence Award” for the year of 2017 at Monmouth College, IL, USA.
