Dr. Ahmed Fouaad is a clinical pharmacist in Rumailah Hospital. He received a B.S. degree in pharmacy from Mansoura University, board certified pharmacotherapy specialist from the American Board of Pharmacy Specialties and geriatric board certification from the Commission of Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy. His professional experience includes working as a clinical pharmacy director and teaching the BCPS & BCGP courses in Egypt and Qatar, and as a pharmacy manager in Dubai Healthcare City Hospital. His international activities include conferences and workshops in Thailand, KSA, UAE and Qatar. He has been active in the area of quality and clinical researches including medication safety, psychotropic medications use, diabetes management, geriatric vaccination and feeding tubes in LTC patients. Also, he is a team leader in the current CCITP-13 cycle in HMC.
