Dr. Adham is a clinical pharmacy specialist in the emergency department and the National Diabetes Center at Al Wakra Hospital since August 2015. Dr. Adham received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Purdue University in Indiana, USA. He also received his Bachelor degree in pharmacy from Cairo University. He worked as a clinical pharmacist in the critical care units of Children’s Cancer Hospital, As-Salam International Hospital, and Hamad General Hospital. His area of interests includes Critical care, Emergency medicine, and Diabetes management. He also works on several clinical research activities across HMC. Dr. Adham is involved in several projects at Al Wakra Hospital such as Qatar Early Warning Signs project, the rapid response team committee, sepsis pathway and pharmacy research committee. He serves as the coordinator for the Indiana Pharmacy Teaching Certificate (IPTeC) program in Qatar. Dr. Adham is an adjunct clinical lecturer at Qatar University and a preceptor for PGY1 pharmacy residents.
