Dr. Janus Wong, MBBS, MRCSEd

Dr. Janus is a clinical assistant professor at the Department of Orthopaedics & Traumatology, LKS Faculty of Medicine, University of Hong Kong.

He has diverse clinical and research interests spanning osteoporotic fractures genome-wide association studies, fragility fracture prevention and prognostication using artificial intelligence machine learning methodologies, genotype-phenotype correlation in skeletal dysplasias such as osteogenesis imperfecta, and epidemiological studies on spinal and limb deformities.

He has published in international journals, received international grants and awards for his research endeavors. 

Dr. Janus is a competitive swimmer and medalist having represented the Hong Kong Orthopaedic Association. His interests also include Latin which he studied during his time at Harvard University, and aviation having received pilot training in Australia."
