Dr. Bouchiba is a Consultant Surgeon and Assistant Head of Acute Care Surgery at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC).
He completed his residency in general surgery in Tunisia in 2006; he has been board certified in general surgery since 2007, and he completed a fellowship (AFS) training in Hepatobiliary and Visceral Surgery in Marseille, France, in 2007.
In 2015, Dr. Bouchiba was accredited as Surgeon of Excellence in Hernia Surgery from SRC and was certified by intuitive surgical as Robotic Surgeon (console surgeon).
Dr. Bouchiba is the Assistant Head in charge of the staff affairs, the accreditation program, and the guidelines committee for Acute Care Surgery.
