Dr. Ghesani is the immediate past president of Society of Nuclear Medicine & Molecular Imaging, USA. In the last 20 years, he has served on several committees and Boards and worked for the advancement of Nuclear Medicine specialty. He has chaired American Board of Nuclear Medicine and American College of Nuclear Physician. He has published several papers, book chapters and reviews. His main interest has been in the hybrid imaging in oncology. His recent research is in the area of PET/MR.
