Mr. Kanhaiya Singh
Mr. Kanhaiya Singh completed his bachelor's degree in Emergency and Trauma Care Technology (BSc. ETCT) from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research in Chennai, India in 2009. He then pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Services from Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences in Pune, India in 2010. In 2016, he obtained a Master's in Public Health (MPH) from OPJS Rajasthan, India. Kanhaiya also completed a Post Graduate certificate course in Diabetic Educator from Max Healthcare - The International Diabetes Federation in New Delhi in 2012, and a course on the Principal and Practice of Clinical Research from The National Institutes of Health Clinical Center, USA in 2018.
Since 2014, Kanhaiya has been working as a Senior Supervisor/Training Instructor at Hamad Medical Corporation Ambulance Service in Qatar. He has an impressive background as an International Instructor for the American Heart Association, teaching courses on Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). He has trained over 10,000 healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics, as well as over 20,000 non-medical personnel across various organizations in India.
He has been awarded a cash award/gold medal, and book award for being the best outgoing student in his academic program of bachelor's in Emergency & Trauma Care Tech.
In 2014, he was honored with the Medical Directors Award from HMC Ambulance Service in Qatar. Furthermore, he has received a certificate of appreciation from the Communicable Disease Center in Qatar for his remarkable efforts and dedication in managing the Covid-19 pandemic.
Kanhaiya's areas of interest lie in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Public Health and Disaster Management, Mass-gathering Medical Care, Resuscitation, and Academic Emergency Medical Services.
