
Raissa Jacinto Puddao
Raissa is a Senior Quality Improvement Reviewer at Communicable Disease Center (CDC), Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). At CDC, she is also the Person-Centered Care (PCC) Coordinator for Media and Communications, who promotes the PCC concepts and values to patients and staff through various mediums such as orientations, handbooks, and videos.
In 2013, she was a Quality Management Coordinator and a member of Best Care Always Collaborative, where she supported the quality improvement activities in the Inpatient Medical Units of Hamad General Hospital (HGH). In 2016, she joined the Diabetes-Endocrine Division as a Quality and Patient Safety Coordinator and worked with a team in the National Diabetes Center (NDC) which achieved the 1st Clinical Care Program Certification for Diabetes Mellitus in the MENA region in 2019. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS).
