We are pleased and proud to welcome you to the Person-Centered Care Forum 2023 with the theme, “Inspire, Innovate, and Adapt: The Future of Person-Centered Care”.
This year’s Person-Centered Care Forum will bring together thought leaders, innovators, patients, and families in a creative partnership to envision the future of PCC together and will be held on 22-23 September 2023, to be hosted by Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), in collaboration with Planetree International.
Changing patient expectations, technological advancements, and evolving healthcare policies have contributed to a substantial shift in the patient experience in recent years. Healthcare workers must be agile, creative, and patient-focused if they are to succeed in this new environment.
We have the opportunity to build on innovations that came out of the global pandemic, as well as the responsibility to rebuild aspects of PCC that were negatively affected that needs our support and attention.
The Forum provides crucial guidelines and standards for assessing and putting into practice Person-Centered, technology-enabled healthcare innovations that empower patients to take control of their health and lower healthcare barriers.
The Person-Centered Care Forum (PCCF) is a unique conference that brings together top healthcare leaders, clinicians, and leading stakeholders to share actionable suggestions and paradigm-shifting strategies for enhancing the patient experience across your healthcare ecosystem.
