Johncy Paulose
Johncy is a Nurse Educator at Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) and has been with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for over two decades. Her diverse expertise encompasses staff nurse roles in burns units, pediatric long-term care, and a pre-anesthesia clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from India.
Johncy’s team was awarded at the Stars of Excellence 2018 for Qatar’s First Nurse-run Pre-Anesthesia Clinic in ACC. Her legacy includes publications on “Multifactor examination of nursing job satisfaction” and “Nurse-run pre-anesthesia assessment clinics: an initiative towards improving the quality of perioperative care at ACC”.
