Islam is a Health and Wellbeing Specialist at the Employees Wellbeing and Wellness section of the Human Resources (HR) department, Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC). She has 18 years of Nursing experience, focused on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety. Islam is co-leading the Wellbeing and Wellness program and Employee Discount Program at HMC.
