Dr. Samya Ahmad Al Abdulla
Dr. Samya is a Sr. Consultant of Family Medicine and the Executive Director (ED) of Operations at Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC). She is also the Deputy National Lead for Mental Health & Wellbeing in the State of Qatar and serves as a Faculty in Family Medicine Residency program at Weill Cornell Medicine-Qatar (WCM-Q).
As the ED of Operations at PHCC, she has played a vital role in designing and implementing innovative community health interventions within primary care. Dr. Samya has also been instrumental in implementing the Family Medicine Model and Regional Specialist Centers within PHCC. She has contributed and published several research papers related to mental health and chronic diseases and has been a speaker in numerous conferences both at International and local platforms.
