Dr. Mohamad Al Abiad
Dr. Al Abiad the Head of Scientific Academic and Research Affairs at Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) Society. Prior to joining QRC, he worked as an Internal Medicine Specialist with more than 18 years of practice in Syria and Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Al Abiad is a member of the Guidelines Group of the Ministry of Public Health, and has received several certifications including: Diabetes Management (Cardiff University, UK), Infection Control (AIHQ), Improvement Leadership program (IHI), Faculty of Clinical Skills Teaching (Qatar Medical College), International CPD Foundations Program (Toronto University, Canada), Healthcare Management (Excellence Institute, Qatar) and Medical Education (Warwick University, UK).
