Kakoli Roy
Kakoli is a Sr. Risk Manager at Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) and has been with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) for 17 years, encompassing a wide array of clinical, quality, and patient safety responsibilities. Specialized in Cardiac Nursing with Critical Care Foundation, she holds degrees in BS Nursing and a post-graduate diploma in Hospital Healthcare Management and Medico-Legal aspects. Certified in Healthcare Quality, Kakoli earned an MSc in International Health Management and Leadership from Sheffield University, UK. In 2023, she attained her FISQUA certification.
An enthusiastic proponent of compassionate healthcare, Kakoli actively leads Planetree-certified interaction sessions, contributing to the training of nearly 1000 ACC staff alongside her team. Beyond her professional endeavors, she advocates for wellbeing and indulges in the thrill of adventure sports.
