I am Dr. Shahd Shaar, clinical pharmacist at the Communicable Diseases Center in HMC. I have gained both my Bachelor of Pharmacy and PharmD degrees from Qatar University. I have published with my colleagues multiple research papers in infectious diseases with more than 515 citations. Multiple of our research papers have also been presented in various conferences the latest being ECCMID2023.
I have completed multiple post-graduate certificates including Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP), Pharmacogenomics Certificate from University of Colorado, Principles and Practice of Clinical Research course (PPCR) from Harvard University, Drug Information certificate from Purdue University.
