Ms. Alaa Rahhal is a clinical pharmacist at Heart Hospital since August 2018. She completed her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy at Qatar University in 2014, then completed her ASHP accredited PGY1 pharmacy residency in 2018.
She has American board certifications in cardiology and critical care, both obtained in 2019 and 2021, respectively. She completed her first MSc degree in Pharmacoeconomics in 2020 and currently she is doing another MSc in pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. She has been involved in 45 research projects, with a main role in design and analysis. She has 34 peer-reviewed publications, 37 abstracts presented in international conferences, and 160 citations
